High Tech developed by Hinterkopf
With our high tech Hinterkopf printing units you will profit from our decades of expe-rience in the decoration of cans and tubes. The basis for the best possible solution of any printing task is always our outstanding engineering performance like temperature-adjustable plate cylinders and ink fountain rollers.
It’s the adjustment that decides
If you want the print image to be perfect the correct adjustment is essential. You will set the plate roller with utmost precision axially and radially in a very comfortable way at the front side of the printing unit. Automatic tracking of the form rollers ensures a constant print quality when the penetration depth of the plate into the blanket has misadjusted. Features like exactness and operating comfort are the advantages of the ink quantity control via a programmable logic controller (PLC) by touch screen.
Short set-up times for efficient working
All the Hinterkopf printing units excel by operator-friendly setting and checking facilities, exchangeable plate cylinders and swing-out ink units that are equipped with their own drive for inking and cleaning the ink rollers. Owing to short set-up times our customers work very efficiently – also when decorating small series.
Hinterkopf printing machines
The investment in a Hinterkopf high tech printing unit will pay off twice as you will reach peak values with regard to print quality and service life. E. g. a toothed belt drives the solid printing drum. This drum is supported very precisely. The plate gear wheels run in a closed oil-bath box, separated from the printing area. A proper and clean solution for less wear!
