Accuracy and quality
Accuracy and quality are key factors for the concept of the N30 necking machine. The rod with the tool plate is mounted on both sides for a precise guiding of the tools relative to the can. To process, the can is clamped concentrically - which keeps it securely and accurately in the correct position, the chuck is actuated mechanically.
Easy adjustment
The user-friendly settings make production easy for you. Separate servomotors drive the individual conveyor belts to facilitate the size-specific transfer position setting of the conveyor belt relative to the vacuum drum. The axial precise adjustment of the rotating tools is made with a nonius adjustment device.
Built-in quality assurance
Constant monitoring ensures consistent quality: The integrated can checking unit of the N30 checks every single can if the curl differs from the measure and if the tightness is ensured. Defective cans are immediately rejected by the control unit. The N30 necking machine has a production speed of up to 150 cans per minute.
